1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing this website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Nature of the service

Restoration Network is a free referral and connection service, not a restoration contractor. We do not perform restoration, remediation, or repair work. All work is performed by independent local companies that are solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, pricing, workmanship, and results. We do not employ, supervise, control, or direct the work of any provider, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a provider.

3. No professional advice

Content on this site, including emergency guidance and damage indicators, is general information only. It is not construction, engineering, medical, legal, or insurance advice, and it may not fit your property or situation. In an emergency involving fire, gas, structural collapse, or electrical hazards, contact 911 or your utility company.

4. No guarantee of referral, availability, or outcome

We do not guarantee that a provider will be available in your area, that you will be contacted within a particular time, or that any work will be performed to your satisfaction. Vetting is a screening process, not a warranty of a provider's licensing, insurance, workmanship, pricing, or results.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about yourself and the property.
• Independently verify a provider's license, insurance, and references before work begins.
• Review and sign your own written agreement directly with the provider.
• Use the site only for lawful purposes and not to submit requests for others without permission.

6. Insurance claims

We are not an insurance company, agent, adjuster, or public adjuster. We do not file, negotiate, adjust, or guarantee insurance claims, and nothing on this site should be read as a representation about coverage under your policy.

7. Communications consent

By submitting a form you consent to be contacted by us and by matched providers by phone, text, and email, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of any purchase and you may opt out at any time.

8. Provider participation

Companies applying to the network remain independent contractors and are solely responsible for their own operations, employees, licensing, insurance, taxes, and compliance with law. Submitting an application creates no agreement, exclusivity, or guarantee of referral volume.

9. Intellectual property

The site, its content, and its branding are owned by Restoration Network and may not be copied, scraped, or reused without permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the referral service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Restoration Network is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any property damage, personal injury, loss, cost, delay, or dispute arising from work performed or not performed by an independent provider. Our total liability relating to the service will not exceed one hundred dollars (USD 100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Restoration Network from claims arising out of your use of the site, information you submit, or your dealings with any provider.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

14. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
