What we look for
- Established restoration business with a verifiable local presence
- Active general liability insurance, plus workers' compensation where applicable
- Licensing and registration required in New Jersey for the work performed
- Restoration-specific equipment, training, and documented protocols
- Clear, honest scopes and written agreements with homeowners
- Clear communication about availability and response times
- Willingness to participate in ongoing review based on homeowner feedback
How the relationship works
Homeowners are never charged for our referrals. Participating companies remain fully independent — you set your own scopes, pricing, contracts, and schedules, and you retain sole responsibility for the work you perform. We do not subcontract to you and we do not act as a general contractor.

Restoration Network is a free referral and connection service, not a restoration contractor. We do not perform restoration, remediation, or repair work. All work is performed by independent local companies that are solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, pricing, workmanship, and results.
